I know that I am still very new to the NS program, but I have noticed a couple of things that I think seem to be relevant as I am losing quite well in my opinion. Safely and steadily thus far. I just am not sweating it too, too much actually. I stick to the plan "100%" 95% of the time;), if that makes any sense. But if I make dinner one night and for some reason I really want some...I simply have a meal with family , drink all my water plus...and be a good girl from there on out again. Maybe even skip my dessert that night. I feel satisfied not guilty and the craving is gone. When we go out or out of town I have a little of what I want , maybe even more than a proper diet portion but still I don't gorge. And drink gobs of water...that is one thing I do faithfully ..lots of water, real cold water and green tea twice a day.
I'm getting a little exercise in addition to my toddler chasing , housekeeping, business running...lol. But I am losing, and feel like I've found a workable zone for the plan...., for me anyway. I know some here lose alot more weight, alot more quickly than I am. I feel like maybe my skin will have time to adjust to, and lose my weight this time in a way that I can "FOR SURE" keep it off. I guess I just wanted to share what seems to be working very well for me.
